Faq

Can anyone be hypnotised?

Yes. Anyone can be hypnotised although the experience can be different for each person. Many people find they are relaxed yet focused in hypnosis and feel refreshed and energised afterwards. 

Will an online session be as good as in-person?

Yes, very much so! Hypnotherapy is just as powerful via Zoom as in person. Many clients prefer the convenience of online sessions in the comfort of their own space. 

do you offer packages of therapy?

Packages of therapy are offered for those who are committed to achieving their goals e.g. a weight loss programme of 4-6 sessions. Often they are at a discounted rate if paid in advance. 

How can I get the most out of a hypnosis session?

Having the desire to change is the first step towards a successful outcome. Taking responsibility for that change is the second. Hypnotherapy is NOT a passive exercise as it requires the full cooperation of the client and the ability to follow simple instructions. Working together the therapist and client can experience rapid results. 

Do i need to have a problem to benefit from hypnotherapy?

No. Hypnotherapy can be useful for setting goals, improving existing skills, and maintaining general emotional and mental well-being. See my emotional detox programme.
